Since 1975, Poos Taekwondo, an Edmond family-owned business has been providing quality instruction in martial arts, teaching the ancient Korean art of self-defense and an exciting modern Olympic sport. Current Team USA Olympic & Paralympic Coach Jason Poos and the over 20 instructors will ensure you and your child learn Taekwondo in a safe, fun and focused environment.
